If you need to return or exchange your order, please review the following terms carefully:
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

All components (door frame, slab, sill, hardware, etc.) must be included.

Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchange Fees

Exchanges for 6'8" (80-inch) doors incur a 25% restocking fee.

Exchanges for 8-foot doors incur a 30% restocking fee.
Refund Deductions
For non-quality-related returns, certain handling or restocking fees may apply and be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping damage.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
FRAMEWELL will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
